COVID19 Related Cancellations
You will be granted a full refund if you can provide proof your event was cancelled due to COVID19. Venue cancellation letters or emails, Doctors notice, etc., is accepted cancellation documentation.
General Cancellations
If you cancel 45-60 days before your scheduled pick up/delivery of the item you rented a 50% refund of your down payment will be issued
If you cancel 90 days prior to your pick up/delivery date a 100% refund of your deposit will be granted.
