Tables, chairs, and large furniture items will be picked up. The pick up fee $25. Other items have the option of pick up and drop off. Drop off is no charge.

You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid debit or credit card. A down payment of 50% of the total rental amount for the item(s) is due immediately to reserve your item(s).

The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 14 days before the pick up/delivery date. An invoice is emailed to you with the remaining balance. You may pay it as soon as you receive the invoice with a credit or debit card. You can pay online or by phone. If you choose setup or delivery those fee's will also be added to the invoice.

Yes, we deliver for a fee depending on how far the distance of the location is from our warehouse located in Minneapolis. Fee's range from $0 to $100 depending on the qty of items and location of delivery address. Pick up is free and available the same day as the reserved day.

COVID19 Related Cancellations You will be granted a full refund if you can provide proof your event was cancelled due to COVID19. Venue cancellation letters or emails, Doctors notice, etc., is accepted cancellation documentation. General Cancellations If you cancel 45-60 days before your scheduled pick up/delivery of the item you rented a 50% refund of your down payment will be issued If you cancel 90 days prior to your pick up/delivery date a 100% refund of your deposit will be granted.
